Newport Beach Sauna

About Newport Beach Sauna

Newport Beach Sauna brings outdoor saunas to the Balboa Peninsula, building garden cabins, poolside rooms and detached hot rooms from the footings and buried power run through to the first firing. Outdoor structures generally need both a building permit and an electrical permit, and lots in the coastal zone may also require a Coastal Development Permit. Near the ocean, cabins are built with salt-air-rated hardware and sealed exterior penetrations so they resist early corrosion. The Balboa Peninsula is a narrow strip between the Pacific Ocean and Newport Harbor, with mostly beach cottages, duplexes and narrow-lot homes, so constant salt air and tight setbacks shape every backyard sauna. Each build is drawn in 3D before construction, with electrical and building permits taken out and inspections completed before walls are closed. On a narrow peninsula lot, that early drawing shows exactly how the cabin fits within setbacks. Related services include cedar tub installation and cold plunge installation. Service also covers Laguna Beach, Dana Point and Aliso Viejo.
